You have a range of options for lunch at My Life Works. You can bring your own packed lunch, or use our dedicated kitchen that we're using for our hospitality and catering programmes to make your own; we'll support you in whatever choices you make. 

We also do "Scruff Days" where everyone helps get the building clean and tidy - in exchange for the manager footing the bill for pizza lunch! Other social meal events happen on a regular basis. 

If your programme takes you to My Life's base at Thompson House Equestrian Centre, you can also pay for lunches provided by My Life's superb cafe, Stable Door - where you also might be able to take part in a work placement or apprenticeship.
