My Life's headquarters in Standish are set within 84 acres of green land with its own farm, which means My Life Works members may be able to get involved in animal care and horticulture courses in the future; we have greenhouses and polytunnels too which complement these outdoor activities. 

This alternative and inspiring environment in which to deepen work-based experiences also means that products grown and made by My Life members are often sold at our many events, giving them the opportunity to become involved in commerce and enterprise. We also run pop-up shops at markets, again encouraging our members into their communities. 

Indeed, many of our learners have gone on to use the skills they have gained in our outdoor environments in meaningful activities outside of My Life Learning.
